This late 1970's or early 1980's Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche pink skirt is a design that he used in several of his collections. YSL was a pleat magician and he always knew where and how to put them on a garment for the most interesting look and flattering fit.

This skirt is in a pretty pink cotton with an elastic waist, flat sewn accordion pleats around the midsection, and a connected fabric sash tie.

This YSL skirt came from our all time favorite estate of vintage designer clothing. This individual had the most outstanding wardrobe we've ever been privileged to handle and she was a huge fan of Yves Saint Laurent.
